About me

I have gained lots of experience by training clients from all walks of life including training international cliental on cruise ships for many years. This has varied from every day people to a double commonwealth gold medallist – Nicky Hunt. I strive to get the best out of my clients and give them all my knowledge and expertise to help them achieve the best results possible.

About me

I have been involved in sport and fitness for over 15 years working from different Gyms taking on roles such as promoter to head motivator, gym instructor and personal trainer. I have taught abs and circuit classes and as well as training regular gym members, sports professionals. I have also trained men and women to help them pass the forces requirement tests.

I have helped people overcome steroid abuse, emotional stress and a number of weight problems through fitness. My passion is to see a mission through to the end with a personalised one 2 one tailored program monitored every step of the way, from baby steps to advance training. I love seeing clients strive and achieve their goals whether it is developing more muscle tone, strength, flexibility or cardiovascular endurance. Most importantly I love seeing clients feel better about themselves inside and out!
